TOUS INCLUDE is the result of a strategic partnership between Hellenic League Against Rheumatism/Helar/Eleana (a greek patient association), Lab of Medical Physics and Thessaloniki Active & Healthy Ageing Living Lab (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) , Hellenic Society of Algology , Cyprus League of People with Rheumatism and Arthritis and Rheumatism Association Malta
Our team is working together to create the most updated digital treatment for osteoarthritis’ pain.

Hellenic League Against Rheumatism (HELAR/ELEANA) founded in 1979, is a non-profit, non-governmental organization with more than 9.000 members both patients with rheumatic disease, caregivers, people who are interested in RMDs and HCPs. It has 11 regional branches in main cities of Greece. Among its objectives/aims are to familiarize the general public with rheumatic diseases and the patients’ needs, to improve the medical care of the patients, to inform all target groups (HCPs, payers, patients and general public) about the severity of MSCDs, the possible comorbidities, the new therapies in order to improve the patients’ quality of life.

Among its activities is to provide psychological support through Help-Line. Represents exclusively in Greece EULAR, EULAR PARE, EULAR YOUTH and the Department of Public Information of the United Nations for Greece.

Participates in a number of projects in collaboration with universities in the country such as the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, University of West Attica, and the Department of Public & Community Health of the University of West Attica that have to do with public health & mobile applications. From October 2020 it cooperates with the Department of National Focal Point & Health & Safety Policies at Work of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA), in the framework of the Pan-European Campaign for Safe and Healthy Workplaces, 2020-2022 with the central message “Reduce stress” and the main object of the management and prevention of Musculoskeletal Diseases (MS) related to work.

Cyprus League of People with Rheumatism is a Charitable, non-profit and non-governmental organization that provides support, education, treatment and rehabilitation services to members suffering from rheumatism. It was founded in 1984 by patients with RMDs and a Rheumatologist doctor, with the aim of asserting the rights of patients diagnosed with rheumatic diseases. The Association’s work includes a series of public information actions and educational programs for Rheumatoid Patients, while the Association participates in European Conferences and Organizations with the aim of examining and discussing the issues that are related to management at the European level. It also conducts research on the basis of European and International data, in order to draw useful conclusions and results concerning rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases.

The arthritis and Rheumatism Association of Malta (ARAM) was set up in 2007 and was the first specialized association working for people with RMDs. The goal of the association is to give support and advocate on behalf of its members, and raise awareness among the general public on arthritis and rheumatism through educational means. ARAM is a member of the Malta Health Network and the Commission for the Rights of Persons with Disability, member of EULAR, AGORA Organization, EUPATI, and EPF. It also acts as the voice for RMD patients both at government level and within the Malta Council for Voluntary Organizations

Hellenic Society of Algology (HSA) (former Hellenic Pain society) is a non-profit, non-governmental scientific society and has been the official chapter of IASP and EFIC since 1995. It counts more than 600 active members mainly anesthesiologists, who are working both in the NHS and in private practice, for the management of both acute and chronic pain and is the official Pain Chapter of the Hellenic Society of Anesthesiology. HSA is striving for the development and spread of scientific knowledge about pain management among its members through scientific meetings, congresses and workshops and annual seminars based on the Core Curricula for the European Diploma in Pain Medicine.

The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) is the largest university in Greece comprising 10 faculties and 88.283 students in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. There is also 3.952 at Doctoral level. In this project, AUTH will participate with the Lab of Medical Physics founded within the School of Medicine. The Lab is dedicated to training young doctors in the principles of physics, biomedical technology and Medical Education. MedPhys has fully equipped labs for research and a strong experience in leading relevant projects as it has successfully run numerous national and international grants while also running the 2* EIPonAHA Reference Site LLM Care Ecosystem.
